Key Responsibilities

1. Design electrical system architectures for semiconductor packaging equipment, develop electrical schematics, and compile Bill of Materials (BOM) and I/O lists.

Cost verification and breakdown: Responsible for BOM cost verification of semiconductor packaging equipment (such as die bonders, wire bonders, trim and form equipment, etc.), and conducting scientific cost breakdown (Should-Cost Model) for customized precision machined parts, non-standard automation components, and electrical and control components;

2. Supplier quotation review: Lead the quotation review and business negotiation for new suppliers and new components, and evaluate the reasonableness of quotations from multiple dimensions including process, materials, labor hours, manufacturing costs, and reasonable profit margins;
