Precision Mechanical Design
Micro and nano precision machine has high demand on mechanical design precision.In addition to studying the mechanical design concept of international advanced packaging equipment,APIE owns modeling and simulation technology and we are able to upgrade the mechanism accuracy,transmission accuracy and coupling operation accuracy in strength,stiffness, performance and others by combining optics,material science and mechanics and other subjects.
Software Framework Platform
The software platform is mainly composed of the bottom layer (system software) and the top layer (application software). The system software for the device is the underlying software that links and controls the hardware system; And the application software is the upper layer software for man-machine interface (UI). Our international software team developed software platform of die bonder with reference to the idea of international advanced semiconductor equipment software framework, whose characteristics is by an independent, compatible and portable modular framework. It can provide users with an application interface that is beautiful, easy to operate, and compatible with a variety of models; For developers, it’s software framework platform compatible with multiple models,which provides team collaboration development environment and be able to encapsulate hardware modules to ensure that software is not affected by hardware migration.
Visual frame algorithm
A high-resolution 2D imaging system, a high-precision 3D line laser profilometer and a spectral confocal sensor are used as the underlying hardware; An image positioning algorithm with 1 / 50 sub-pixel accuracy and a recognition algorithm based on self optimizing deep learning are used as software support.
High Speed and High Accuracy Motion Control
A / The process actions related to motion control run in a real-time environment. High speed: process beat response time < 1ms. High accuracy: the synchronization error of process action< 1ms. B / Adopt the internationally leading motion control technology, by combining with the carefully designed composite mechanical structure, the maximum speed of key process actions > 2000mm/s,acceleration > 50000mm/s^2; Accuracy <± 3um. C / Vibration suppression: combining with precision force control technology, dynamic simulation, material analysis, mechanism coupling design, test analysis, it can effectively solve various vibration problems such as environmental vibration of equipment, vibration during movement, residual vibration after movement positioning, etc.
CAE Simulation Technology
APIE owns modeling and simulation analysis system. Through computer modeling, we can take finite element mechanical analysis on the equipment about physical processes such as structural deformation, fluid flow, heat transfer and electromagnetic conversion, which can obtain the dynamic distribution of all mechanical parameters; And further evaluate and predict the vibration performance, particle control performance, structural micro deformation, stress distribution, temperature control performance and motor performance of the equipment components. Thus, CAE simulation analysis can facilitate equipment products to iterate quickly , optimize and improve, and reduce R & D costs and investment risks.
